  • According to international freight standards, the actual chargeable weight is determined by either “volumetric weight” or “actual weight,” depending on which one is higher. The volumetric weight calculation is: (Length * Width * Height in CM) / 6000 cm = volumetric weight.
  • Classification of sensitive items: CDs, adult products, cosmetics, liquid substances, powdered items, batteries, mobile phones, cameras, electronic products, food, medicines, health supplements, and high-value items.
  • Imitation or branded clothing, bags, and shoes are prohibited from being shipped.
  • To avoid unnecessary troubles such as delays, confiscation, fines, or criminal charges due to sensitive or branded items mistakenly entering the general cargo channel, please choose the shipping channel carefully when placing an order.
  • If sensitive or branded items are shipped via the general cargo route and result in confiscation, return, fines, etc., our company will not be responsible for the consequences; the shipping fee collected is non-refundable. If reshipping sensitive items is necessary, the customer must pay the shipping fee again.
  • For air freight imports from China to West Malaysia, packages must not exceed 20 kg and have a declared value of less than 100 USD; 99% of the time, customs will not impose taxes. However, if the package is unfortunately taxed, the recipient must not refuse to pay for any reason.
  • Our company refuses to accept items that are prohibited in both general and sensitive channels, such as dangerous goods, weapons, livestock, alcoholic beverages, tobacco, perishable items, contraband, and products prohibited from export from the origin or import to the destination.
  • Items that are simultaneously rejected by our general cargo channel and sensitive cargo channel include: dangerous goods, weapons, livestock, alcohol, tobacco, perishable goods, prohibited items, products banned from export at the origin or import at the destination.
  • If there are any oversized or overweight goods that need to be shipped, please inform us in advance. For packages sent to Malaysia, if a single package exceeds 80kg or if any one side of the package dimensions exceeds 120100100cm, you need to reconfirm with our company.
  • The above quotation already includes the destination delivery fee, and the package will be delivered to the door by the local courier company.
  • If the package incurs fines, storage fees, return fees, destruction fees, or if sensitive goods or branded goods are routed as general cargo requiring additional payment of freight + sensitive fees, the sender or recipient must bear these costs, and the sender cannot refuse payment for any reason.
