Service Terms/Important Notes

• Delivery Service
  Delivery at the destination is limited to ground-level only. Goods will be delivered to the downstairs area of the recipient’s address, with no upstairs delivery and no loading/unloading service provided. The consignee may negotiate directly with the driver.
• For bulky cargo, the consignee must prepare a forklift for unloading. If delivery fails due to the consignee’s or shipper’s reasons and the goods are returned to our warehouse, a separate quotation will be required for redelivery.
• Remote Area Delivery Charges
  Postcode 53300 (Langkawi) and postcode 69000 (Genting Highlands) are considered remote areas. An additional delivery fee of MYR 280/CBM applies.
• Customs Clearance (General Trade)
  -Air freight (general cargo): MYR 240 per shipment
  -Air freight (sensitive cargo): MYR 550 per shipment
  -Sea freight: MYR 550 per shipment
• Oversized / Overweight Cargo
  Cargo exceeding 2000 kg per piece or with any side longer than 500 cm requires special quotation.
  For items over 80 kg per piece, forklift slots must be prepared (minimum height 8 cm), otherwise transportation will not be possible.
• Prohibited Items
  Sprays/aerosols, fireworks, and similar prohibited items are not allowed for export. If discovered by customs, they will be confiscated and fined. Please inspect goods carefully to avoid losses.
• Strictly Prohibited Goods
  If cigarettes, drugs, flammable/explosive materials, weapons, or bank card kits are found, our company will detain the goods, impose a fine starting from MYR 10,000, and report to the police. Please be aware that strict penalties will apply.
• Sensitive Cargo
  Sensitive goods must be shipped via special channels. If your shipment includes items such as batteries, mobile phones, tablets, magnets, motors, liquids, powders, cosmetics, food, adult products, branded or counterfeit goods, watches, hair dye, razors, red dates, tea, etc., you must select “Sensitive Air Freight” or “Sea Freight.”
• If the wrong shipping channel is selected, resulting in customs seizure, loss, shortage, fines, or destruction, our company will not bear any responsibility. If fines or criminal liability arise, Icommerce will cooperate in pursuing legal responsibility.
• Rainy Season Notice
  During the rainy season, daily rainfall is expected, and airport cargo shelters may not fully protect goods from rain. Please ensure waterproof packaging for items that must not get wet.
• Rainy seasons occur both domestically and internationally, and weather cannot be predicted before shipment. This notice is valid long-term.
• Our company will not be liable for any damage caused by rain exposure or water soaking.

Oversized & Overweight Charges

• Length exceeding 1.55 m on any side, or total dimensions exceeding 2.5 m (L + W + H): MYR 50 per shipment surcharge
• Any side exceeding 305 cm or height exceeding 160 cm cannot be loaded onto the aircraft
• Single item exceeding 60 kg: MYR 50 per shipment surcharge, and forklift slots are required
• Items with any side exceeding 305 cm or height exceeding 160 cm cannot be shipped by air.
• Items over 40 kg per piece must have forklift slots (minimum height 8 cm).
• For multi-piece shipments under one waybill, each package must have a copy of the shipping label attached.

Prohibited Items

Our company refuses to accept the following items: toy guns (including replica firearms), cigarettes, drugs, fresh plants and animals, medicines, flammable and explosive materials, corrosive substances, discs (CDs/DVDs), weapons, and any items restricted by international transport regulations.

Monday – Saturday 8:00 – 18:00
