Service Terms/Important Notes
  • The weight limit is 600KG per cubic meter, with a minimum consumption of 0.3 cubic meters. Any amount less than 0.3 CBM will be charged as 0.3 CBM.
  • Overweight calculation method: Actual weight / 600KG = Billing cubic meters.
  • Conditions for compensation for lost goods: If the goods are lost, compensation will be paid at three times the freight cost. If the goods are valuable, please pay 5% of the value of the goods. Insurance will cover 100% of the value. Compensation will be based on the declared export price.
  • Fragile items must be packaged in wooden frames/crates and accompanied by a fragile guarantee. Fragile items require reinforced packaging during transport, and the outer box should be marked with a “Fragile” label. We will not provide compensation for damage during transit. In the event of damage or loss, claims must be made by noting the problem on the receipt upon receipt and providing photographic evidence.
  • Goods delivered to our company must have a shipping mark on the outer packaging. If there is no shipping mark, our warehouse will refuse to accept the goods, and we will not be responsible for any issues such as confusion or loss.
  • Delivery will only be made to the ground floor, not upstairs; if you require the delivery driver to take you upstairs or move you into the warehouse, please negotiate with the driver directly.
  • If a shipment is inspected by customs due to the customer underreporting or omitting the value of the goods, the shipper shall bear all resulting responsibilities and costs.
  • The warehouse only inspects the outer packaging upon receiving goods. If there are no problems with the outer packaging, the warehouse is not responsible for the contents of the packaging.
  • Please classify different categories of goods before shipping. If sensitive goods are mixed with ordinary goods, the entire shipment will be charged as sensitive goods.
  • For oversized or overweight cargo, please inquire in advance.
  • The following products are prohibited or restricted: mobile phones and communication equipment, tobacco and alcohol, pharmaceuticals, narcotics, and goods prohibited by national customs. Please provide the true name of the goods upon warehousing. If our company suffers losses due to the customer’s misdeclaration, the shipper shall bear all responsibility and provide compensation.
