Service Terms/Important Notes

Singapore strictly prohibits the following items from being shipped: cigarettes, e-cigarettes, medicines, alcoholic beverages, meat products, drugs, dangerous goods, flammable and explosive materials, and other prohibited items that are explicitly forbidden from being transported by the state.
Pallet packaging is best secured with cross or grid straps for easy loading and unloading. For single shipments exceeding 700 KGS or 5 meters in length, please inquire separately.
Singapore Local Delivery Notes:
A. If the customer’s delivery address does not have an elevator, the driver can only deliver the goods to the ground floor. If the driver needs to carry the goods, a separate handling fee will be charged.
.B. If the customer’s goods are too large or too heavy to fit in the elevator, the driver can only deliver the goods to the ground floor. If the driver needs to carry the goods, a separate handling fee will be charged.
.C. Our company offers a freight collection service. However, to improve our service quality and delivery efficiency, if you entrust us to collect freight charges, please confirm the amount with your customer beforehand to avoid unnecessary trouble for both parties.
Any additional charges incurred for a second delivery by the driver will be borne by the customer.
For overweight or oversized goods, the consignee should bring their own tools. If the necessary tools are not provided, please inform our company in advance, and any additional unloading costs will be borne by the customer.
For goods delivered to exhibition halls or airports, if the customer requests delivery, the delivery time must be confirmed in advance and an additional delivery fee will be charged.
Insurance is accepted. The insurance premium is 3% of the insured amount, with a minimum charge of 100 yuan per shipment. In the event of loss of goods, compensation will be based on the insured amount. To apply for compensation, a loss certificate from a local third party (such as a certificate stamped by the police or delivery company) is required.
Compensation Standards: If no insurance is purchased, compensation for lost items will be three times the freight charge, with no refund of the freight, and the maximum compensation is US$100. If insurance is purchased, compensation will be based on the insured amount. Compensation will not be accepted for discrepancies between the information provided by the customer and the actual goods, quality issues with the goods themselves, or specific certification issues. Compensation will not be accepted for damage or loss of goods caused by force majeure events such as war or natural disasters. Compensation will not be accepted for overall delays in delivery caused by shipping delays or customs clearance delays. Delivery of goods constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
