Service Terms/Important Notes

Note: Please confirm shipments of sensitive goods not listed in the price list first. Please verify the product name and volume immediately upon receiving the goods; settlement will be based on the system’s product name and volume! All cash on delivery must be confirmed with our staff in the work group; any errors arising from unconfirmed receipts will be the customer’s responsibility. All prices above include tax but do not include invoices. Container loading is at the Guangzhou warehouse; weight exceeding the limit will be calculated at 1:500KG. For single items exceeding 1500KG in the China-Malaysia warehouse, any related costs incurred due to forklift inability to handle them will be borne by the customer.
If unloading is not possible manually at the customer’s location, the customer must prepare unloading tools, and all costs incurred will be borne by the customer. Cigarettes, alcohol, medicines, pornographic DVDs, fireworks, mobile phones, gold and silver jewelry, and other prohibited items as stipulated by customs will be refused (any fines, container seizures, or losses incurred due to misdeclaration or omission of goods will be borne by the customer)! Delivery at the destination port will be made to the customer’s designated doorstep; goods will not be delivered inside the building or upstairs. For goods sold in shopping malls, unloading will only be done within the designated unloading area!
In principle, our company is not responsible for transporting fragile, easily cracked (including large stone countertops, bathtubs, etc.) or easily deformed goods. If the customer strengthens the packaging, we can arrange transportation, but we will not be responsible for any damage caused during transportation.
Customers may voluntarily purchase insurance for their shipped goods. For uninsured goods lost or damaged during transit, compensation will be three times the freight cost of the lost or damaged goods (claims must be made by noting the problem on the receipt upon receipt of the goods and providing photographic evidence). For sensitive goods confiscated during transit, compensation will be three times the freight cost of the confiscated goods. Freight costs are refundable if goods are lost before shipment; however, non-refundable freight costs are not available if goods are lost after arrival at the destination.
Our company assumes no responsibility for any changes in the properties of the goods.
If flight delays, cancellations, or customs clearance postponements are caused by force majeure events such as weather, ship or vehicle malfunctions, government bans, strict customs inspections, war, or strikes, we will not bear any economic or legal responsibility arising therefrom.
The following products are prohibited or restricted: mobile phones and communication equipment, tobacco and alcohol, pharmaceuticals, narcotics, and goods prohibited by national customs. Please provide the true name of the goods upon warehousing. If our company suffers losses due to the customer’s misdeclaration, the shipper shall bear all responsibility and provide compensation.
Note: The sum of length, width and height shall not exceed 150CM, and the length of any single side shall not exceed 100CM. Length * Width * Height / 6000, one item per shipment, and the weight limit for a single shipment is 50KG.
