Service Terms/Important Notes
Reminder:
For fake sales of goods such as counterfeit goods, goods that do not match the version, and goods that are seriously inconsistent with the value, we has the right to refuse to accept the goods and refuse to deliver them!
Shipping service and charges description:
- Weight calculation rules: The actual weight and volume weight are compared, and the higher is taken as the billing weight; the volume is calculated as: length (CM) × width (CM) × height (CM) ÷ 6000;
- Before the goods are transferred between Singapore and Malaysia, a packing list and a pro forma invoice must be submitted for customs clearance;
- The volume of land transported large goods is calculated as: length (M) × width (M) × height (M), 1CBM does not exceed 300 kg, and overweight goods are calculated as 300 kg and 1CBM;
- Goods from Malaysia to Singapore are subject to GST 9% based on the value of the goods. If customs declaration documents are required, the customs declaration fee is SGD35/ticket; Goods from Singapore to Malaysia are charged according to double clearance and tax. If K1 form customs declaration documents are required, the fee is MYR55/ticket;
- Due to the wrong address, delivery cannot be made. After being returned to our overseas warehouse, it needs to be sent again, and an additional delivery fee is required;
- Our company does not accept flammable and explosive items that pose a threat to the transportation process, and other items prohibited from entry and exit by laws and regulations and importing countries.
Transshipment Instructions:
- Currently, we receive goods as usual from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays), and cross-border vehicles come to our warehouse to load goods!
(Information and goods must be provided before 14:00 noon before shipment can be arranged on the same day. If the goods and information are provided in the afternoon or evening, the working day will be postponed) - General goods: pure ordinary goods such as no counterfeit brands, no electricity, no magnetism, no liquid, no powder, etc., regular daily necessities, the sum of the three sides of the packaging size does not exceed 280CM or the weight of a single piece does not exceed 68kg;
Special goods: cosmetics, large electronic equipment, machinery, wooden box (wooden frame) packaging goods and other unconventional goods are sensitive goods, the sum of the three sides exceeds 280CM or the weight of a single piece exceeds 68KG; - Every Wednesday and Saturday, the customer service will count the receipt and transfer of goods (holidays will be postponed)
- The transfer status of goods can be tracked and queried, and the system will be updated in real time.
Compensation Standards
- If the goods are lost or seriously damaged during the transit process, compensation will be paid according to the declared value, but the maximum will not exceed 3 times the freight collected. The freight and delivery fees will not be refunded; fragile goods are packed by themselves, and no compensation will be paid for damage. The shipping representative defaults to this regulation.
Special statement: No compensation will be accepted in the following situations:
- If the goods are seized by customs due to infringement, our company does not bear any responsibility and reserves the right to pursue compensation for the losses caused to our company by the sender;
- If the goods are not declared according to the actual value, infringing intellectual property rights, prohibiting import and export, etc., the customs detention is not within the scope of compensation;
- If there are quality problems of the customer’s goods themselves and specific certification issues, no compensation will be accepted;
- If there are overall time delays caused by force majeure during transportation, no compensation will be accepted. Once the goods are delivered, the rules of this clause are defaulted
Operation Instructions
Channel Code:
- Strictly fill in the channel code according to the mode of transportation, count the number of pieces, weigh and measure the volume when entering the warehouse;
- Detailed consignee information: company, contact person, phone number, address;
- Delivery information: delivery list with goods and electronic delivery list (can be downloaded from the system before)
Tips: Once your company delivers the goods, our company will be deemed to have read and defaulted to all the above contents
