Service Terms/Important Notes
Terms and Conditions:
- The price quoted is for general consumer goods from warehouse to door. For commercial goods, please contact us for enquiry.
- The price quoted includes freight forwarding handling and tracking services.
- The price quoted does not include tax, which is borne by the sender/recipient. Currently no SST is charged until further notice.
- Estimated delivery time: 8 to 10 working days.
- Multiple items per shipment are not allowed. One shipment is limited to 1 box to 1 delivery address.
- The shipping weight limit for each box is 10 kg.
- Based on volumetric weight, calculated as lengthwidthheight/6000 (in cm). The billing weight is based on the actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
- An additional fee of RM25.00 is required for destinations in Southern Thailand, Yala, Pattani and Narathiwat.
- The sender needs to ensure proper packaging using new double-layer cardboard boxes. Otherwise, claims for damage caused by poor packaging will not be accepted.
- Zero liability for fragile goods, claims for fragile goods will not be entertained, the sender is responsible for proper packaging to reduce risks.
- The maximum claim for each consignment note or the actual value of the parcel (whichever is lower) is limited to Malaysia. If the value of the shipment exceeds RM200.00, it is recommended that the sender insure his parcel.
- The shipment value must be accurately declared when submitting the shipment details. This is mandatory for claim purposes. Otherwise, the claim will not be entertained.
- When submitting the shipment details, you must provide photos of the shipment contents, a complete customs declaration and packing list, and consignee details for smooth customs clearance.
- Ensure that the shipment contents, value, and details are accurately declared. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying any fines, penalties, surcharges, and additional shipping costs. False declarations may result in the seizure and loss of the goods, and you will be responsible for the loss and any penalties imposed by the court.
